   How we work

The organizational structure of Youth Alliance - Krusevo:

  • General Assembly (comprised of all YAK members)
  • Management board
  • President of the Organization
  • Supervisory Board
  • Secretary of the organization

The General Assembly is the highest authority of YAK responsible for the annual program of the organization. The Management board and the President of the organization are responsible for implementation of the annual program of the organization. The General Assembly is hold annually attended by all members of Youth Alliance - Krusevo. The Management board and the President of the organization are responsible for the decision-making process in the organization until the next General Assembly session.

Forum of volunteers Every person over the age of 15 can be a volunteer in Youth Alliance - Krusevo based on submitted a volunteer registration application and by signing a volunteer agreement. The rights and obligations of volunteers in Youth Alliance- Krusevo:

To participate in the implementation of YAK’s program activities based on the work program;

To participate in developing projects;

To provide suggestions and proposals for the YAK work;

To have signed a volunteer agreement which further regulates her/his rights and obligations;

To provide opinions about engaging new volunteers;

To be responsible for the property, assets and reputation of YAK,

Youth Alliance Krusevo – UNESCO Club UNESCO Club was founded in 2010 and it operates as part of Youth Alliance - Krusevo. The UNESCO Club-Krusevo shares UNESCO ideals and values committing for their extensive dissemination through undertaking activities directly inspired by those of UNESCO.
