Youth Alliance is opening a call for an internship in the logistics and operational work sector, in our office in Skopje on st. Hristo Smirnenski, 48/2/8, Municipality of Center.

The intern is being hired in order to gain skills in the field of operational and logistics work in a youth organization and will be performing the following tasks:

- Logistical and technical support in the project activities;

- Execution of the logistical part of events, more precisely, provision of a room/place/location, request sponsorships, procurement, contacting externally involved persons;

- Active participation in other current activities in the organization;

- Contacting potential participants and volunteers for events;

- Monitoring the involvement of young people in the programs;

- Electronic and hard copy archiving of documentation from events;

- Submitting a monthly report on its work to the operational coordinator.

One person is required to perform the internship.

The duration of the engagement is not more than 6 months. The beginning of the engagement is flexible, in agreement with the selected applicant. Flexible working hours, not less than 4 hours per day and not more than 40 hours per week, for office work.

- Skills for technical implementation of events

- Communication skills

- Willingness to work in an international environment

The engagement has a monthly fee in the amount of 14,500.00 denars for doing an internship from 40 hours per week, ie in proportion to the agreed internship engagement. The chosen interns will have the opportunity to continue their internship in a professional engagement.
