Fighting Gender Inequality Through Youth Work aims to promote gender equal society by strengthening competencies of CSOs representatives coming from participant organizations to tackle roots of gender inequality, effectively respond to them and to develop the understanding of the role of gender and equality in youth work;

The project is being organized by the organization Youth for social change  and Youth Alliance - Krusevo is a partner organization from North Macedonia and together with other organizations from Greece, Montenegro, Poland, Romania and Turkey will be working towards implementing the objectives of the project.

The objectives of the project are the following:

-To train staff of participating organizations in gender awareness and anti-discriminatory practices;

- To increase community awareness on gender issues through awareness campaigns (capacity building activities) based on using following innovative elements: integrated media tools and storytelling;

- To improve networking among involved CSOs and other stakeholders and support the sharing of best practices of gender related activities;

The project is being co-funded by the Erasmus + programme of the European Union.
